Rebel Ag Aviation has continued the established service of aerial application covering the Central Western Plains, Macquarie Valley and Bourke areas of NSW, Australia.

The head office of Rebel Ag Aviation is located at Rebel Ag’s airstrip on Formans Lane, 5km out of Trangie, NSW.

Given the diversity of our work, Rebel Ag Aviation have a crew of highly trained and licenced professional pilots supported by trained and licenced ground staff and backed by an administration team a

Rebel Ag operate a fleet of 6 high-capacity turbine aircraft, that are GPS and variable rate equipped, enabling us to meet peak seasonal demands in our service area, in a timely and professional manner. To support these aircraft Rebel Ag also run a fleet of ground equipment ranging from mixing trucks and trailers for spraying and loading trailers for spreading.

Administration + Operations Support

The Administration / Operations Support will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for office administration including:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies and procedures. 

  • Effectively communicate and report regularly to the Operations Manager.

·         Operate computer equipment and software such as CLASS to create, complete and price work orders.

·         Process and manage end-of-month accounts.

·         Have good communication skills with clients, suppliers and other staff members and display good phone manner.

·         Maintain constock inventory for suppliers and provide reports.

·         Gather information, generate a range of options, and implement a course of action to solve problems.

·         Work as a team member and role model for other staff to encourage professionalism at the workplace.

Successful applicants must be:

  • Strong leadership and management skills. 

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients. 

  • Proficient in using office software and systems, including MS Office. Ability to use MYOB is advantageous, however not a requirement.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency. 

 

Experience in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
